Tested before it is packed.
Pressure equipment is water-tested, materials are recorded at incoming inspection, and finished goods are checked before packing.
Quality control
Three checkpoints.
- Incoming materials — material inspection records for steel plate, castings and components.
- Pressure testing — tanks, valves and monitors are checked on the water testing machine.
- Final inspection — appearance, marking, accessories and packing are checked before shipment.
Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV or your own inspector) is welcome before shipment.
